Furniture Donations
Household and Furniture Contributions for International Students Do you have any usable furniture or household items that you are getting rid of? Before you send these items to Goodwill consider the international students here in the Fullerton area. Our church is always looking to help these students by providing some of the necessary items listed below. One consideration is that these students generally live in small dormitories or apartments, so the furniture items need to be of modest size. For example, a small table and chairs are preferred over large dining room sets. Please consider the list below and see if you can help provide for the international students. Electrical items: Hair dryers, lamps, toasters, microwaves (small countertop), fans, small refrigerators, vacuum cleaners Furniture: Dressers, desks, night stands, tables and chairs, bookcases, recliners Bedding: Mattresses and box springs (twin size only, but not the bed frames), mattress covers, bedcovers (need to be clean), blankets (also need to be clean), sheets General items: Bicycles, cups, glasses, plates, silverware, pots & pans We will be happy to collect your items from your home, or you can deliver them to the church. In either case, please contact one of the coordinators below first. We will need your name, phone number, address, and email. Thank you for your consideration.
