World Relief – Orphans and Vulnerable Children Support

World Relief encourages the local churches in Rwanda to reach out with love and support to the poorest of the poor in their communities. Orphans and disadvantaged children with little to no means of support are provided assistance with shelter, food, clothing and where possible access to education.  

FEFC is working with the remote Bugesera district of Rwanda to help provide some of this assistance through the local churches.  This includes basic funding for very basic health coverage and the funding to meet the school requirements (uniforms and books).

FEFC has also conducted educational camps with World Relief and other training for Secondary (High School) age orphans and vulnerable children.  This show of love to these children encourages them to stay in school, study and grow closer in their personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
