Many of the dynamics of a remarriage are unique to first marriages and need extra attention.  This workshop is open to couples already remarried or considering remarriage. Topics include blending families, step-parenting, step-discipline, couple expectations, co-parenting, communication, conflict resolution, step-parent/step-child development, finances (#2 reason for step-family breakup), and more. The class has been condensed to four weeks to make it more convenient to attend but is packed full of important information you don’t want to miss! Developed and led by several step-families, this workshop is unique in Southern California. A continental breakfast will be provided on the first class meeting. After taking Remarriage/Stepfamilies Workshop, we suggest taking Stepping TwoGether, a stepfamily communication class, combined with Couple Talk (formerly Mastering the Mysteries of Love), to build a long-lasting relationship through better communication.
